Wedding Cermony

Your wedding can be held where ever you like - on  land or on water or in the air.
​You can have a wedding ceremony indoors or outside it is your decision.
You wedding can be at any time
- from dawn to dusk, from sunset to sun rise.
It is my responsibility as your Civil Marriage Celebrant, to ensure the legal procedures 
are followed, so your wedding is valid and registered.

Your wedding can be  formal or as casual as you wish
It is your day and  your own special ceremony.
You can write your own vows.
You can change the order of the ceremony
I will work with you to ensure that  your ceremony reflects the wishes and hopes and 
personalities of you and your partner.

Legal requirements


It is my responsibility as your Marriage Celebrant to ensure all legal procedures are followed, that your wedding is valid, and your marriage is registered with the relevant state government authority.
The couple have to be single, divorced or widowed. In Australia the law does not permit two parties aged less than 18 years to be married.
Legal procedures for a civil marriage ceremony.
 Lodge your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) with me.  
 signing the declaration in the week prior to your wedding,
  formalities on your wedding day. ​
