Legal requirements 

 Notice of Intended Marriage. I guarantee your fee will not increase after I have received your Notice of Intended Marriage.
Declaration - free to be married - this is signed about 10 days or so before your wedding.
And the  Marriage Registrar your sign on  your wedding day.
I provide you with all these forms. 

BDM - Birth Death and Marriages. To change your surname  require a Standard Certified Marriage Certificate from BDM. I register your marriage on line and BDM contact you to advise the certificate is now available for you to purchase from BDM.
Change of Surname. optional. I provide  you a list of companies who will be keen to know you want to change your surname.
